In her life, Spring is constantly exploring different aspects of her consciousness and moving into the new stage of transformation. She has earned a PhD in Molecular Biology and also scaled mountains of ice and rock in the Himalayas. She practices meditation of Eastern cultures and also merges herself with the Divine in ecstatic and wild dances. She spends long hours running in the total solitude of wilderness and also actively participates in social works promoting justice and peace.
When Spring encountered JourneyDance, she realized that it is a practice that allows her to express herself fully and freely. She would like to harness all the diverse energies gathered through different aspects of her life to empower herself and those who dance with her. She also brings her background in Tai Chi, Qigong and energy healing in JourneyDance.
